Business Ownership:
2006-Present: Lead Honoring Women Worldwide, a non-profit organization focused on "Uniting Women Globally to Thrive in Our World" and achieve breakthrough results in a culture of honor, respect, and partnership worldwide.
1990-Present: President of Synergy Resources, Inc., Organizational Development firm specializing in helping leaders realize their visions by enhancing leadership skills, changing cultures, leveraging talents, building teams, mediating conflicts and coaching employees.

1992-2008:Consulting, coaching and facilitating leaders and teams for 3M Company, Donaldson Company, Ecolab, CMS, United Products, Parker DURRANT

 

  • Designed, developed, and facilitated a culture change process for three divisions of a Fortune 500 organization with approximately 100,000 employees worldwide
  • Facilitated culture changes for 20 organizations and large corporate divisions
  • Facilitated approximately 400 team-building sessions for operating committees, management teams, cross-functional teams, product teams and work groups
  • Designed and taught more than 200 professional development courses
  • Facilitated more than 150 strategic planning sessions for teams and work groups
  • Mediated breakthrough conflict discussions with CEOs, Vice Presidents, General Managers, Directors, across-businesses, across-functions and individuals
  • Coached more than 500 individuals ranging from CEOs to Line Managers
2003-2004: Led the Apprentice Program for the National Speakers Association
  • Created, planned, and led training sessions for new and seasoned public speakers to improve their speaking skills and grow their speaking businesses.
1990-1995: Independent Consultant for Wilson Learning
  • Facilitated 15 year-long Supervisory Leadership training programs
  • Conducted Sales, Negotiation, Strategic Planning, and Leadership training sessions
  • Coached approximately 80 individuals over this five-year engagement
1986-1990: Director of Operations, Video Services, Inc.
  • Instrumental in growing the company from three to 103 employees over a two-year period, responsible for leading and managing all internal functions, with 33 direct reports.
1974-1986:Assistant Corporate Cash Manager, Ecolab
  • Managed and invested a portfolio of $23 million, conducted cash forecasts for the organization, worked with international currency exchanges to optimize arbitrage, and managed several clerical employees. Elected President of the company Toastmaster Club in 1984.
1979-1981: Sole Proprietor of Nancy’s Sample Shoppe
  • Designed, created and developed an upscale clothing boutique. Owned and operated the business successfully while working as assistant Corporate Cash Manager for Ecolab. Sold the business for a 100% profit.
