In Fall 2008, Metropolitan State University published Volume 1 No.1 of BUZZ, the alumni magazine. Featured on the cover is Nancy Stephan, alumnus from 1987.

The cover article, entitled "Alumni Keeping the World in Mind" featured the story of the founding of Honoring Women Worldwide.
